To find the Total Value of your house, please go to
www.allencountyauditorohio.com
and click on "Property Search." You must find your property by entering the Parcel ID, Owner's Last Name or Address.
Once you have
located your house, click on the tab named "Base" and locate the "Total Value" near the bottom right of the screen.
This is the value that you want to put into the property tax calculator.
Your taxes may be affected by more than one of these levy issues.
To figure your total estimated tax increase, perform these steps for each levy that applies to your property and add them together.
