Manufactured Home Tax

Mobile Home bills reflect current year taxes. For example the bills due in 2011 are for the tax year 2011.  Currently, Allen County will only accept cash or check as payment for these taxes.  At this time, we do not take credit cards or offer direct deduction from your account.  As your Treasurer, I am working on implementing these programs.  While many residents mail their taxes we still offer personal service by having three registers open to accept payments in our office.

If you should have difficulty paying all or part of your tax bill, we do offer payment plans for delinquent tax liabilities.  To inquire about establishing a payment plan, please call our office at: (419) 223-8515.  You may ask for our Collection Manager Bob Scherger or any staff member.  Bob can also be e-mailed at: rscherger@allencountyohio.com.
